• All prices are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless stated otherwise.
• We accept bank transfers, online payments, and other approved methods.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
• Refunds depend on the tour type and notice period before departure.
• Non-refundable fees may apply for hotel bookings, flights, or third-party services.

4. Changes by VC Lanka Tours

We reserve the right to adjust itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety issues). In such cases, we will offer an alternative of equal value or a partial refund where appropriate.

Guests must ensure they:

• Hold valid passports, visas, and travel insurance.
• Follow local laws and respect cultural norms
• Are fit to participate in tour activities.

6. Liability

While VC Lanka Tours ensures the highest safety and service standards, we are not responsible for:

• Injuries, losses, or damages caused by third parties.
• Delays, cancellations, or acts beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
